Refund Policy

At Shivra Labs, we want you to be completely satisfied with our products and services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. SaaS Products & Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months.
  • Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.
  • After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but you will retain access until the end of the billing period.

2. One-Time Purchases (Digital Products)

Due to the digital nature of our products, all one-time purchases are non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience technical issues, please contact us at hello@shivralabs.com and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

3. Web Development & Custom Services

  • A 50% advance is required to begin any custom project. This advance is non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and delivery.
  • If we fail to deliver the agreed scope of work, a partial or full refund of the advance may be considered at our discretion.

4. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Submit a refund request within the eligible time period
  • Provide your order ID and reason for the refund request
  • Contact us at hello@shivralabs.com with subject line "Refund Request - [Order ID]"

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay.
